Dispatch to Serve IP Load and Reliability Dispatch. (i) Except as provided in Section 7(h)(ii), DYPM shall control, cause to be controlled the operation of, or otherwise utilize, the Supply Resources identified by DYPM for providing Capacity, Energy and/or Ancillary Services for purposes of serving the IP Load as required by this Agreement. DYPM shall dispatch such Supply Resources as required by this Agreement in the manner required to support compliance with applicable requirements and guidelines of NERC, MAIN, any other regional reliability council of which the IP System or IP Control Area is a member, and the MISO.

The Servicer is in good standing to service mortgage loans for either Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac. The Servicer is a member in good standing of the MERS system;

  • Quality Service Standards/NAV Errors Price Associates and the Fund may, from time to time, agree to certain quality service standards, with respect to the Services hereunder. In the event Price Associates is the party responsible for causing an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or share class of a Fund (“NAV Error”), the actions that are required to be taken as to such NAV Error shall be made in accordance with the Fund’s Net Asset Value Error Correction Policy and Procedures (“NAV Error Policy”) attached hereto as Schedule II.
