The Dispensation Committee: pursuant to article 4 of the Collective Labour Agreement handles dispensation requests from the Collective Labour Agreement for Temporary Agency Workers filed by parties to another Collective Labour Agreement; pursuant to articles 25 and 26 of the Collective Labour Agreement handles dispensation requests from private employment agencies concerning application of the regulation concerning irregular working hours and overtime bonus.
