Other Rights and Obligations of the Authority Upon Termination for any reason whatsoever, the Authority shall:
Transfer Rights Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Warrant, this Warrant may be transferred on the books of the Company, in whole or in part, in person or by attorney, upon surrender of this Warrant properly completed and endorsed. This Warrant shall be canceled upon such surrender and, as soon as practicable thereafter, the person to whom such transfer is made shall be entitled to receive a new Warrant or Warrants as to the portion of this Warrant transferred, and Holder shall be entitled to receive a new Warrant as to the portion hereof retained.
Transfer of rights and obligations 12.1 Lender has the right to transfer all or part of the right in this contract to a third party, the transferring actions do not need to acquire the consent of the borrower. If without the consent of the lender in writing, the borrower cannot transfer any right and obligations in this contract to a third party.
LEA and/or Subscribing LEA This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. Upon receiving an executed agreement from an Operator, the LEA should fully review the agreement and if agreeable, should have an authorized LEA contact wet sign theagreement. Once signed by both the Operator and LEA, the LEA should send a copy of the signed agreement to the Operator. DELEGATION AND/OR ASSIGNMENT The contractor shall not assign the contract in whole or in part or any payment arising there from without the prior written consent of the State Procurement Official. The contractor may delegate facilitation of contract orders to their “Authorized/Certified Dealers” only. This delegation will in no way relieve the contractor of any contractual obligations set forth in this Contract Award.
SUBLETTING, ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER The Provider shall not sublet, sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of this Contract or any portion thereof, or of its right, title or interest therein, without written request to and written consent of the Contract Administrator. No subcontracts or transfer of Contract shall in any case release the Provider of its liability under this Contract.
Assignment of Rights and Obligations (a) Without Owners’ prior written consent, Managing Agent shall not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of or mortgage, hypothecate or otherwise encumber or permit or suffer any encumbrance of all or any part of its rights and obligations hereunder, and any transfer, encumbrance or other disposition of an interest herein made or attempted in violation of this paragraph shall be void and ineffective, and shall not be binding upon Owners. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Managing Agent may assign its rights and delegate its obligations under this Agreement to any subsidiary of Parent so long as such subsidiary is then and remains Controlled by Parent.
RESIDENCY RIGHTS NEITHER SHARABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE BY RESIDENTS Residence accommodations, including bedroom space, shared common areas (such as living rooms and bathrooms) and shared community facilities (such as floor community rooms and laundries) may only be occupied by the resident to whom the room is assigned. Residence accommodations shall not be shared with any other individual not officially assigned to that residence by UCF DHRL, and may not be sublet, assigned, or in any way transferred by the Student.
