Disposal of Debris and Waste. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx shall ensure that in performance of Construction Work associated with each Phase of the Project, Contractors properly characterize and arrange for the disposal of all debris and wastes generated by the Construction Work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
