Disposal of Waste. Restoration of Lands - The Tenant shall from time to time, and upon Completion of any work, dispose of all waste, refuse and excess soil off site, restore the Lands to its original condition including relocating trees where feasible, and restore grades in accordance of final approved plans, all to the satisfaction of the DCM.
