Disposition Instrument Sample Clauses

Disposition Instrument. A fully executed copy of the instrument pursuant to which the Disposition is effected.

Disposition Instrument. A copy of the instrument pursuant to which the Disposition is effected; and

Disposition Instrument. The Disposing Member shall deliver to the Managing Member an instrument implementing the Disposition in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Managing Member and shall do all such acts or things that may be necessary to effect the Disposition.

Disposition Instrument. An instrument implementing the Disposition in substantially the form of Exhibit E hereto or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Managing Member.
