Provide Data In Compliance With Laws. LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with the FERPA, PPRA, IDEA, 603 C.M.R. 23.00, 603 CMR 28.00, and Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 71, Sections 34D to 34H, and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”
Provide Data In Compliance With Laws. LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with the FERPA, PPRA, IDEA, RSA 189:1-e and 189:65 through 69; RSA 186-C; NH Admin. Code Ed. 300; NH Admin. Code Ed. 1100 and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”
Provide Data In Compliance With Laws. LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with the FERPA, PPRA, IDEA, R.I.G.L. 16-71-1, et. seq. and R.I.G.L., 11-49.3 et. seq., and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”
Provide Data In Compliance With Laws. LEA shall provide Student Data for the purposes of the Agreement in compliance with any applicable state or federal laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and security, including, without limitation, the FERPA, PPRA, and IDEA. If LEA is providing Directory Information or any Education Record to Provider, LEA represents, warrants and covenants to Provider, as applicable, that LEA has:
a. complied with the Directory Information Exemption, including, without limitation, informing parents and eligible students what information the XXX xxxxx to be Directory Information and may be disclosed and allowing parents and eligible students a reasonable amount of time to request that schools not disclose Directory Information about them; and/or
b. complied with the School Official Exemption, including, without limitation, informing parents in their annual notification of FERPA rights that the Institution defines “school official” to include service providers and defines “legitimate educational interest” to include services such as the type provided by Provider; or
c. obtained all necessary parental or eligible student written consent to share the Student Data with Provider, in each case, solely to enable Provider’s operation of the Service.
Provide Data In Compliance With Laws. LEA shall provide Student Data for the purposes of the Agreement in compliance with any applicable state or federal laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and security, including, without limitation, the FERPA, PPRA, and IDEA. If LEA is providing Directory Information or any Education Record to Provider, LEA represents, warrants and covenants to Provider, as applicable, that LEA has:
(i) complied with the Directory Information Exemption, including, without limitation, informing parents and eligible students what information the XXX xxxxx to be Directory Information and may be disclosed and allowing parents and eligible students a reasonable amount of time to request that schools not disclose Directory Information about them; and/or
(ii) complied with the School Official Exemption, including, without limitation, informing parents in their annual notification of FERPA rights that the Institution defines “school official” to include service providers and defines “legitimate educational interest” to include services such as the type provided by Provider; or
(iii) obtained all necessary parental or eligible student written consent to share the Student Data with Provider, in each case, solely to enable Provider’s operation of the Service. LEA represents, warrants, and covenants to Provider that it shall not provide information to Provider from any student or parent/legal guardian that has opted out of the disclosure of Directory Information. Provider depends on LEA to ensure that LEA is complying with the FERPA provisions regarding the disclosure of any Student Data that will be shared with Provider.

LEA shall provide Student Data for the purposes of the Agreement in compliance with any applicable state or federal laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and security, including, without limitation, the FERPA, PPRA, and IDEA. If LEA is providing Directory Information or any Education Record to Provider, LEA represents, warrants and covenants to Provider, as applicable, that LEA has:

iii. obtained all necessary parental or eligible student written consent to share the Student Data with Provider, in each case, solely to enable Provider’s operation of the Service.

LEA shall provide Student Data and Teacher Data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with any applicable state or federal laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and security, including without limitation the FERPA, PPRA, IDEA, and in Massachusetts: 603 C.M.R. 23.00, Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 71, Sections 34D to 34H and 603 CMR 28.00; in New Hampshire: RSA 189:1-e and 189:65-69; RSA 186; NH Admin. Code Ed. 300 and NH Admin. Code Ed. 1100; in Rhode Island: R.I.G.L. 16-71-1, et. seq., R.I.G.L. 16-104-1, and R.I.G.L., 11-49.3 et. seq.; and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”
Provide Data In Compliance With Laws. LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with Applicable State Laws and the Applicable Federal Laws and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.” When required under applicable Federal or state law to obtain the consent or authorization from a parent or guardian for the collection or use of Student Data pursuant to the LEA utilizing the Provider to provide educational services, LEA is responsible for fulfilling any applicable consent requirement.
Provide Data In Compliance With Laws. LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with applicable privacy laws including FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, IDEA, and State Privacy Laws.
