If the Association believes that 16 nurses 11 on a unit and shift have taken a substantially disproportionate share of 17 such 12 involuntary days off during the period of the preceding posted time 18 schedule, the 13 Association may bring this to the attention of the Medical Center. Two Medical 14 Center representatives will then meet with two nurses designated by the 15 Association to review the involuntary days off data and, if such actual share is 16 substantially disproportionate, to discuss means of avoiding continuance or 17 recurrence of such disproportionate share.
