Personal Appearances. No Player shall be disciplined because of his personal appearance, including hair length, facial hair or dress, provided however, that the Member Clubs in the C.F.L. may make and enforce reasonable Rules governing Players’ appearance on the field, in public places when representing the Club and when travelling with the Club.
Personal Appearances. When an Actor is asked to perform as part of a personal appearance and when that performance comes under the jurisdiction of SAG-AFTRA, the Actor shall be paid no less than the applicable SAG-AFTRA minimum. When the Stage Manager and/or Dance Captain is asked to do any work in connection with said performance, the Stage Manager and/or Dance Captain shall be paid no less than the applicable SAG-AFTRA minimum for a Principal (on camera) in lieu of any other payment due under the terms of this Agreement.
Personal Appearances. Whenever uKarma and Writer mutually agree that it is convenient and desirable for Writer to make a public appearance to promote the Book (and only in the event of such mutual agreement), Writer will use his best efforts to participate in such public appearances, provided that each request for such appearance will be reasonable, the number of such requests will be reasonable and customary for promotion of a book of the nature of the Book, and Writer’s obligation will always be subject to Writer’s availability to appear.
Personal Appearances. Upon request by the County, Contractor shall make appropriate employees or agents available to appear in court, submit to examination under oath, and cooperate in the investigation or settlement of a claim. This applies in criminal, civil or administrative legal proceedings in response to requests or demands for testimony or records concerning information acquired in the course of an employee or agent performing official duties or because of the employee’s or agent’s official status regardless of whether the person would otherwise be subject to service of a subpoena or other legal process in the State of California.
Personal Appearances. CELEBRITY shall appear at least (each of the following not to exceed six (6) consecutive hours):
(A) One (1) day engaging with franchisees and team members at company-wide event(s);
(B) One (1) day visiting Papa John’s Pizza stores, date and locations to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties; and
(C) One (1) day at a community event, date and location to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. PAPA JOHN’S and ABG shall both use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule the dates, times and locations for Service Days so as to meet the reasonable needs of PAPA JOHN’S while not unreasonably conflicting with CELEBRITY’s previously scheduled other commitments. PAPA JOHN’S understands that if Service Days are requested hereunder, then such Service Days may be coordinated with similar services for others entitled to the use of CELEBRITY’s personal services (e.g., if Service Days include traveling to Las Vegas, Nevada, CELEBRITY and/or ABG may coordinate such Service Days to be performed during a previously scheduled trip to Las Vegas, Nevada). PAPA JOHN’S shall provide local hair, make-up and/or wardrobe stylists for CELEBRITY in connection with all Service Days hereunder, provided each such stylist, and all wardrobe selections, shall be pre-approved by CELEBRITY in his sole, absolute discretion. The timing allocated in Section 4(A) above for all Service Days shall be exclusive of travel time, but inclusive of time spent for makeup, wardrobe, and reasonable breaks.
Personal Appearances. The parties agree that “On-Air Personnel” may be assigned to make personal appearances on behalf of CJMX at promotional events without additional compensation under the Collective Agreement. Such appearances shall be for a maximum of three (3) hours and may only be assigned on an occasional and equitable basis among “On-Air Personnel” with sufficient notice provided by the Supervisor so as not to unreasonably conflict with the employee’s personal or family commitments. Reasonable expenses incurred during such assignments, such as, the use of the employee’s personal vehicle, will be reimbursed by the Company. The above does not include “Fee Services” as outlined in Article 16.9 where the client pays a remote fee to the Company. Personal Appearances. The Grantor shall procure the personal appearance of Mr Xxxx Xxxxx (during his life) at a limited number of events to be agreed between the parties provided that the time and place of such appearance shall have previously been confirmed by the Grantor. The Licensee shall bear the reasonable travelling (first class air fares for Directors of the Grantor -Business Class for other employees and consultants of the Grantor) and subsistence costs of the Grantor's representatives attending such events in pursuance of this covenant
Personal Appearances. During each consecutive twelve (12) month period of the Term, DDV shall use reasonable efforts to make XxXxxx available for a reasonable number of promotional appearances including Company sponsored or coordinated events, media opportunities and plug opportunities as mutually agreed upon by DDV and the Company ("Personal and Media Appearance Days") the duration of which shall not exceed two (2) days, unless otherwise agreed by DDV. The timing of Personal and Media Appearance Days shall be subject to XxXxxx'x schedule, and any failure to appear for any or all of Personal and Media appearances shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement if such failure is due to XxXxxx'x professional unavailability due to contractual commitments in the entertainment industry or for any cause beyond the reasonable control of XxXxxx. DDV shall have approval over all publicity and promotional activities that Company requests XxXxxx participate during the Personal Appearance Days. DDV agree to cause XxXxxx to attend and participate in the annual spirits tradeshow on April 30, 2007, in connection with the introduction of the Beverage, subject to DDV's approval rights of the marketing and promotional materials as set forth in Section 7 above. Company agrees that Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxx will be XxXxxx'x pre-approved guests, within the meaning of Section 10(a) below, in connection with such promotional appearance at the annual spirit tradeshow on April 30, 2007.
Personal Appearances. (a) If requested to do so by LBE, Gordxx xxxees to make himself available for one (1) day during each calendar year of the Term for photo shoots and production of television and radio commercials, point of sale and print materials and other promotional materials for use in LBE's advertising. Such session shall be at Hendxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxe shop or at a mutually agreed to location. The date and location of such session shall be coordinated with JGI and shall be subject to Gordxx'x xxxving schedule and other personal appearances and professional commitments. Such session shall be for or no more than one (1) hour. In connection with the foregoing, Gordxx xxxees to participate as a principal non-union performer in the production of television commercials (the "Commercials") for regional and/or national imagebased advertising for Simulators to be broadcast in the Territory. The Commercials may be broadcast over network and cable television. LBE shall be responsible for any amounts due the Screen Actors Guild or related pension, welfare or similar plans. In connection with the Commercials:
(i) The filming and recording date and time of the production of the Commercials will be subject to Gordxx'x xxxor commitments and will be mutually agreed upon by JGI and LBE;
(ii) The result of Gordxx'x xxxvices hereunder shall be deemed "a work for hire" under the provisions of the U.S. Copyright Act, and the resulting Commercials shall be owned by LBE for all purposes. LBE shall have full usage rights for the Commercials produced hereunder until August 1, 2000 for so long as this Agreement is in full force and effect;
(iii) All rights, if any, to the #24 Race car, as well as Gordxx'x xxxform, helmet, etc. will be coordinated through JGI or, its affiliate JG Motorsports, Inc.; however, rights to any racing footage or with respect to tracks or other drivers are to be granted to LBE by the appropriate owners; and
(iv) All production costs shall be the responsibility of LBE.
(b) If requested to do so by LBE, Gordxx xxxll make one (1) appearance in each year of the Term on behalf of LBE (total of three (3) during the term). The time, date and location of such personal appearance shall be mutually agreed upon by LBE and JGI and shall be subject to Gordxx'x xxxving schedule and other personal appearances and professional commitments. Personal Appearances. When Producer so requests, and subject to Artist’s availability, Artist shall make personal appearances at such places and on such occasions as Producer or the distributor of the Picture may determine in connection with the Picture or any distributor sponsor of the Picture, including without limitation promotional activities, interviews, and television guest appearances. In connection with such appearances, if any, Producer shall provide Artist with transportation and a per diem to be negotiated in good faith.
