Dispute Settlement Procedures. If agreement is not reached after sixty (60) days of bargaining, either party may request mediation in an effort to reach an acceptable settlement. The teams will request a mediator from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service whose rules and regulation will cover the mediation.
