DISPUTES AND THEIR REDRESSAL. 17.1 All differences between the Association and the Maintenance Agency will first be sorted out through mutual discussion and dialogue but in case any difference or dispute remain, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the Parties who shall decide the dispute in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2013 and as amended from time to time and his decisions shall be final and binding on both the parties. The venue and seat of Arbitration shall be Pune and the cost of arbitration shall be equally borne by the Parties.
