Disputes over Existing Classifications. Disputes that may arise concerning questions over the appropriate inclusion or exclusion of specific jobs and/or classifications that presently exist as of the date of execution of this MOU shall be discussed between the Parties. Any disagreements concerning the continuing inclusion or exclusion of existing classifications or positions in the bargaining unit shall be promptly submitted to the Maryland State Higher Education Labor Relations Board for unit clarification and disposition.

The parties agree to be bound by the determination of the Board with respect to the inclusion or exclusion of sergeants.
