Disqualification; Cancellation; Expiration. G.Round reserves the right to disqualify you from participation in the G.Points reward program (and disable or take away any G.Points you have earned) if, in our sole discretion, we believe that you are in violation of these Terms, have tampered with or altered your Account or your G.Points in any way, or are in any other way abusing any aspect of the G.Points reward program. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel the G.Points program at any time, with 60 days’ notice to you. You must use any unused G.Points within that time period, or they will expire upon cancellation of the G.Points program. Lastly, your G.Points will expire after a certain period of time if you don’t use them. The specific time period may vary and will be listed in your Account dashboard in the section about G.Points.

  • TERMINATION/CANCELLATION Cancellation of orders once placed with or accepted by Seller can be made only with Seller’s consent. Should Buyer, due to good cause, desire to affect the cancellation of an accepted order, Seller will accept such cancellation on the following basis:

  • Termination/Cancellation/Rejection The State specifically reserves the right upon written notice to immediately terminate the contract or any portion thereof at no additional cost to the State, providing, in the opinion of its Commissioner of Buildings and General Services, the products supplied by Contractor are not satisfactory or are not consistent with the terms of this Contract. The State also specifically reserves the right upon written notice, and at no additional cost to the State, to immediately terminate the contract for convenience and/or to immediately reject or cancel any order for convenience at any time prior to shipping notification.

  • Effective Date; Termination; Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Development Credit Agreement becomes effective.

  • Service Termination, Cancellation, or Suspension If you wish to cancel the Service, you may contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. Any payment(s) that have begun processing before the requested cancellation date will be processed by us. You agree that we may terminate or suspend your use of the Service at any time and for any reason or no reason.   • CANCELLATION VERSUS TERMINATION Cancellation of this agreement may be done by either the Student or UCF DHRL, but entitles UCF DHRL to rents and assessments either not yet due (such as pre-paid rents for some or all of the remainder of the semester or term), or charges in addition to amounts already paid or payable to UCF DHRL (such as a cancellation assessment for cancelled future semesters). Termination of this agreement is a completion of the agreement by either the Student or UCF DHRL that does not entitle UCF DHRL to additional rents or assessments. In either event, assessments already charged to the Student prior to termination or upon cancellation (i.e., late fees and cancellation fees) remain due and payable, and are not affected by the termination or cancellation.

  • Cancellation of Event A. XXXX reserves the right to cancel Event due to circumstances beyond NYLA’s control or not reasonably anticipated by XXXX, including but not limited, to acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, imposition of martial law, labor strike or unrest, or inability of Facility to host Event.

  • Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Loan Agreement becomes effective.

  • Violations, Suspensions, and Cancellation If PURCHASER violates any of the provisions of this contract, STATE may, after giving written notice, suspend any further operations of PURCHASER under this contract, except those operations necessary to remedy any violations. If PURCHASER fails to remedy a violation within the time allowed and as instructed by STATE, or if PURCHASER fails to complete work as required within any interim contract completion date or the contract expiration date, PURCHASER is in breach, and STATE may place the contract in default status as provided in OAR 629-032-0000 through 0070. The provisions are in addition to, not in lieu of, any other remedies STATE may have for breach of the contract.

  • Cancellation and Expiration Notice Insurance required herein shall not expire, be canceled, or be materially changed without 30 days’ prior written notice to the City.

  • Termination and Cancellation 9. 1. Licences will expire after the period shown in Clause 3 (above).
