Disqualification of City Employees. Tenant is familiar with the provisions relating to the disqualification of former officers and employees of City in matters which are connected with former duties or official responsibilities as set forth in Chapter 12.10 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code (“Revolving Door Ordinance”). Tenant shall not utilize either directly or indirectly any officer, employee, or agent of Tenant to perform services under this Lease, if in the performance of such services, the officer, employee, or agent would be in violation of the Revolving Door Ordinance.

  • Disqualification of Former Employees GRANTEE is familiar with the provisions relating to the disqualification of former officers and employees of CITY in matters which are connected with former duties or official responsibilities as set forth in Chapter 12.10 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code (“Revolving Door Ordinance”). GRANTEE shall not utilize either directly or indirectly any officer, employee, or agent of GRANTEE to perform services under this AGREEMENT, if in the performance of such services, the officer, employee, or agent would be in violation of the Revolving Door Ordinance.

  • Eligibility; Disqualification This Indenture shall always have a Trustee who satisfies the requirements of TIA Section 310(a)(1), (2) and (5). The Trustee shall always have a combined capital and surplus of at least $25,000,000 as set forth in its most recent published annual report of condition. The Trustee shall comply with TIA Section 310(b).

  • Disqualifying Offenses If at any time it is determined that a person has been found guilty of a misdemeanor or felony offense as a result of a trial or has entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, regardless of whether adjudication was withheld, within the last six (6) years from the date of the court’s determination for the crimes listed below, or their equivalent in any jurisdiction, the Contractor is required to immediately remove that person from any position with access to State of Florida data or directly performing services under the Contract.   • Designation of Key Personnel The Contractor’s Contract Manager for this engagement shall be Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx , Phone: (000) 000-0000, Email Address: xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx-xxxxxx.xxx . The City’s Contract Manager for the engagement shall be Xxxxx Xxxxx, (000) 000-0000, Email Address: xxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The City and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Notification of Vacancies A laid off employee shall be notified by certified mail of an appropriate vacancy, sent to the employee’s address on file in the office of the Executive Director for Human Resources Management. An employee’s failure to respond affirmatively in writing within five calendar days after receipt of the Employer’s letter shall cause loss of recall rights.
