DISRUPTIVE STUDENT BEHAVIOR. A. The district shall expel or take immediate disciplinary action against any student who is found to have committed an offense on school property at any time if: 1. The student is found to have committed or has had adjudication withheld for a delinquent act which would be a felony if committed by an adult or 2. The student has been found guilty of a felony. B. The district shall expel or assign to an alternative school any student found to have intentionally made false accusations that jeopardize the professional reputation, employment or professional certification of a teacher.
