Cell Phone Usage. Employees will exercise discretion in personal cell usage that interferes with employee productivity while at work. Employees will make personal phone calls on non-work time, where possible, and be responsible for informing friends and family of the district’s policy.
Cell Phone Usage. Candidates are prohibited from utilizing any electronic communication devices during class hours. Candidates with a pending family emergency must inform the instructor prior to class and set electronic device to silent vibrate. In the event of an emergency communication the candidate will remove themselves from the classroom or drill area to receive the communication. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate dismissal from the program with no exceptions. PICTURES/ IMAGES: Candidates are permitted to take pictures or capture digital images as long as they are attentive to the skill sessions and their actions do not present a safety issue to themselves or the other candidates. All pictures and images will be preapproved by the program coordinator before they are distributed in any format including printed or electronically. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate dismissal from the program with no exceptions.
Cell Phone Usage. Students will not use personal cell phones during the school day for any purpose without the expressed permission of a district or school staff member. State and federal law regulate the transmission of photo images, recorded conversations or video of a minor.

Upon mutual agreement between the supervisor and the employee, a stipend of $30 per month worked, may be paid to the employee in lieu of the district providing a mobile device. For less than full-time positions, this stipend will be pro-rated. The supervisor will establish basic policies for the use of the mobile device such as sharing of contact in info (mobile phone number), forwarding of desk phone, use of voicemail, etc.

In order to make the best use of these opportunities, as well as to be attentive to your child and other children, we ask that you NOT use your cell phone at any time while visiting the school.

Due to research about the safety of cell phone use while driving, however, the Company prohibits employee use of cell phones, for business purposes, while driving. If an employee must receive or make a phone call from his/her cell phone for business purposes while driving, the employee must pull off of the road and stop driving before receiving or making a phone call. Also, all employees are required to know and follow any state or local laws concerning cell phone use while driving.
Cell Phone Usage. Cell phones are provided as tools to enhance communication capabilities and improve employee productivity. Use of Company provided cell phones is intended for business or emergency purposes only. Use for personal reasons must be specifically authorized by an employee’s supervisor. Employees are required to reimburse the Company for personal use, when such personal use causes the Company to incur a cost. If an employee needs to use the cell phone for personal reasons, he/she must notify his/her supervisor as soon as practical after the use and arrange to pay for the call(s) made. Cell phones provided for use on the job are property of the Company. Any additional programming, applications, phone lists or other information is the property of Vectren. The employee is not allowed to download or distribute content from an external source, such as an internet site to Company owned cellular or pager device. The Company reserves the right to review detail of usage (billing) and may request an explanation from the employee, if there are questions. Employees are responsible for the reasonable care of the cell phones which they are issued. The employee is required to immediately return all Company issued equipment and accessories to his/her manager upon termination of employment.
