Dissemination of Code of Good Agriculture Practice. Provision of assistance to the MAFRD: (i) to disseminate the CGAP, through the carrying out of mass media campaigns and the distribution of brochures, agricultural periodicals and journals; (ii) the adaptation of the CGAP to the dominant farming systems in the counties of Osije□ko-Baranjska, Vukovarsko-Srijemska, and Vara□dinska; and (iii) the development of an interpretation of its provisions that ensure farmers’ buy- in, including the provision of information and training on, inter alia, nutrient remedial measures, EU principles of project financing, and measures to secure funding from non- Bank resources.

  • References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time. Notwithstanding any language in this Contract that relates to such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, and notwithstanding a lack of a formal amendment to this Contract, this Contract shall always be read and interpreted as if it contained the most current and applicable wording and requirements of such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order as if their most current language had been used in and requirements incorporated into this Contract at the time of its execution.

  • PRINCIPLES OF GOOD EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE The Supplier shall, and shall procure that each Sub-Contractor shall, comply with any requirement notified to it by the Customer relating to pensions in respect of any Transferring Former Supplier Employee as set down in: the Cabinet Office Statement of Practice on Staff Transfers in the Public Sector of January 2000, revised 2007; HM Treasury's guidance “Staff Transfers from Central Government: A Fair Deal for Staff Pensions of 1999; HM Treasury's guidance: “Fair deal for staff pensions: procurement of Bulk Transfer Agreements and Related Issues” of June 2004; and/or the New Fair Deal. Any changes embodied in any statement of practice, paper or other guidance that replaces any of the documentation referred to in Paragraph 5.1 shall be agreed in accordance with the Variation Procedure.

  • Code of Practice You understand that the Financial Institution has endorsed the voluntary Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Debit Card Services, a copy of which is available from Us on request or at www.fcac- xxxx.xx.xx.   • Data Practices The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to the requirements of Minnesota’s Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.01

  • Effect of Laws, Rules and Regulations The Exclusive Representative recognizes that all employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the services and duties prescribed by the School District and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and by School District rules, regulations, directives and orders, issued by properly designated officials of the School District. The Exclusive Representative also recognizes the right, obligation and duty of the School District and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the School District insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School District, all employees covered by this agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to State and Federal law. Any provisions of this Agreement found to be in violation of any such laws, rules, regulation directives or orders shall be null and void and without force and effect.

  • Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract only. The contractor will comply will all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
