Distance Sales. In case the Agreement between GIA and the Consumer is entered into without GIA and the Consumer being at the same location ("distance sale"), the Consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract up to fourteen (14) calendar days after the Agreement was entered into and only provided that the contractual Services were not yet carried out by GIA. The Consumer confirms that GIA may carry out its Services during the aforementioned 14 days' term. The Consumer furthermore confirms that GIA may in its discretion decide to start its Services only after the aforementioned 14 days' term, in which case any delivery term will be extended with 14 days. If the Consumer delivers multiple Articles to GIA under this Agreement, the abovementioned 14 days' term will for each individual Article commence on the date the Article concerned was delivered to GIA.

Indien de Overeenkomst tussen GIA en de Consument afgesloten werd zonder dat GIA en de Consument zich op dezelfde locatie bevinden ("verkoop op afstand"), xxx xxx de Consument het recht hebben om het contract, binnen de veertien (14) kalenderdagen nadat de Overeenkomst afgesloten werd en enkel op voorwaarde dat de contractuele Diensten nog niet uitgevoerd werden door GIA, te herroepen. De Consument bevestigt dat XXX xxxx Diensten mag uitvoeren gedurende de hierboven vermelde termijn van 14 dagen. De Consument bevestigt verder dat GIA, naar eigen goeddunken, kan beslissen xx xxxx Diensten slechts te doen aanvangen xx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx 00 dagen, in xxxx geval eender xxxxx leveringstermijn verlengd xxx xxxxxx met 14 dagen. Indien de Consument meerdere Artikels bezorgt aan GIA overeenkomstig deze Overeenkomst, xxx xxx de hierboven genoemde termijn van 14 dagen voor elk individueel Artikel beginnen op de datum waarop het desbetreffende Artikel bezorgd werd aan GIA.
