Distribution of Beverages and Water. (a) Sugar-Sweetened Beverage Prohibition. Grantee agrees that it shall not sell, provide, or otherwise distribute Sugar-Sweetened Beverages, as defined by San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 101, as part of its performance of this Agreement.
