All service lines including portions of such pipelines within private property boundaries up to and including the domestic meter, and the first joint or connection through the wall. Distribution piping could be manufactured from iron, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, plastic or any other material which might be substituted for the aforementioned. Pipelines constructed as underground cable conduits downstream from town border stations to industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential meters. Pipelines for pressurized liquids or slurries within the limits of cities or towns, other than service lines or laterals, the construction of which employs the same or similar methods, equipment or organization as used in performing the work described above. This definition shall be interpreted as being subject to the definition of distribution work as contained herein.
