COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This agreement shall apply to all health establishments/operations of the employer and to all employees employed in these establishments/operations, except for GP’s and Centre Manager.
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
4.1 This Agreement covers and applies to:
a) The Employer;
b) All Employees employed by the Employer at the Xxxxxx University Early Childhood Centre (or any other legal or trading name subsequently adopted); and
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement covers:
(a) the Company;
(b) the Team Members; and
(c) the Union provided written notice is given under section 183(1) of the Act and the FWC notes in its decision to approve this Agreement that this Agreement covers the Union.
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 4.1 This Agreement covers and applies to:
a) the University;
b) all Staff Members employed by the University as Professional and General Staff Members in the classifications listed in Schedule 7, Classification Standards (Professional and General Staff) unless otherwise excluded by this Agreement;
c) all Staff Members employed by the University as Academic Staff Members in the classifications listed in Schedule 8, Classification Standards (Academic Staff); Schedule 10, Employment in Curtin English (CE); and Table 2 of Schedule 1, Staff Salaries unless otherwise excluded by this Agreement;
d) Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union’ known as the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union (AMWU);
e) Communications Electrical Plumbing Union (CEPU);
f) Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU);
g) CPSU – The Community and Public Sector Union;
h) National Tertiary Education Industry Union (NTEU); and
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 6.1. Subject to clause 3 – Period of Operation, this Agreement shall apply to all persons who:
6.1.1. perform work in or in connection with the industries and callings in clause 6.2 or who are otherwise eligible to be members of the National Union of Workers; and
6.1.2. employed by the employer at 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
6.2. The industries and callings covered by this Agreement are:
6.2.1. a storeworker, packer or sorter;
6.2.2. an assistant to a storeworker, packer or sorter;
6.2.3. an assembler, collector or checker of goods in course of receipt or dispatch.
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO, is recognized as the exclusive representative of employees in a nonprofessional unit and a professional unit in accordance with the Certification of Consolidation of Units, Case No. 22- 09146(UC), approved by the Federal Labor Relations Authority on August 30, 1979 and as subsequently added to by the Federal Labor Relations Authority. This Agreement covers all employees pursuant to said recognition. The parties further agree that should AFGE request certification to include subsequently organized groups of employees in the consolidated unit, such certification will not be opposed by SSA if the grouping would otherwise be considered an appropriate unit under the Law. Upon certification by the FLRA, such groupings shall automatically come under this agreement.
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement will cover Employees employed by Veolia Recycling & Recovery No.1 Pty Ltd, the Employer established by the Act, in the classifications specified in Schedules 1- 3 of this Agreement, including but not limited to: • Drivers; • Mobile Plant Operators; • Sorters; • Weighbridge Operators; • Depot Hands; and • Offsiders. Who are based at the following waste management facilities or engaged to undertake the services contracts outlined below: • Eastern Creek Resource Recovery Park; • Ryde Residential Contract; • Spring Farm Resource Recovery Facility; • Spring Farm Materials Recovery Facility; and • St Xxxxxx Residential Contract. Where a contract above is tendered, parties agree that a variation to the Agreement will be made to ensure competitiveness and long-term sustainability for Veolia.
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall apply to the establishment of Alto Manufacturing Pty Ltd [48 140 052 188] located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, 0000 in respect of all employees employed therein whose terms of employment are covered by the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020. This Agreement does not apply to salaried employees
COVERAGE OF THIS AGREEMENT. Subject to clause 3 — Period of Operation, this Agreement shall apply to all persons:

(i) Note Printing Australia Limited(hereafter referred to as NPA) ; and
(ii) All employees of NPA employed in any of the positions listed in Appendix A (Employees).
(iii) the unions listed in this clause, provided that they each make an application to the FWC under s. 183 of the FW Act seeking to be bound by the Agreement.
(b) The following Registered Employee Organisations have been bargaining representatives for their members employed by NPA;
(i) The Automotive, Food, Metal, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (AMWU).
(ii) Finance Sector Union of Australia (FSU)
(iii) Electrical Trades Union (ETU)
