DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Administrative Agent will forward to each Revolving Credit Lender, promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Borrowers’ Representative pursuant to Article 5 of this Agreement, other than any of the following:
(a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of L/C’s.
(b) Routine or nonmaterial communications.
(c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished directly to the Revolving Credit Lenders by the Borrowers’ Representative.
(d) Any notice or document of which the Administrative Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Revolving Credit Lenders other than by the Administrative Agent.
DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Administrative Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Borrowers’ Representative pursuant to Article 6 of this Agreement, other than any of the following:
(a) Routine communications associated with requests for Loans and/or the issuance of L/C’s.
(b) Routine or nonmaterial communications.
(c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished to the Lenders by the Borrowers’ Representative.
(d) Any notice or document of which the Administrative Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Lenders other than by the Administrative Agent.
DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Agent will forward to each Revolving Credit Lender, promptly after the Agent's receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and borrowing base certificates received from the Borrower pursuant to Article 6:, other than any of the following:
(a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of L/C's.
(b) Routine or nonmaterial communications.
(c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished to the Revolving Credit Lenders by the Borrower.
(d) Any notice or document of which the Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Revolving Credit Lenders other than by the Agent.

DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Agent's receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Agent pursuant to the Loan Documents, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Borrower pursuant to Article V of this Agreement, other than any of the following: (a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of L/C's.
DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Agent’s receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Agent pursuant to the Loan Agreement and other Loan Documents, including monthly and annual financial statements received from the Borrower pursuant to Article V of this Agreement and copies of appraisals and commercial audits, other than any of the following (provided that the failure of the Agent to distribute notices or other documents in accordance with this Agreement will not subject the Agent to any liability absent gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Agent):
(a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of L/C’s.
(b) Routine or nonmaterial communications.
(c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished directly to the Lenders by the Borrower.
(d) Any notice or document of which the Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Lenders other than by the Agent.
DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Agent shall distribute to each Revolving Credit Lender those periodic reports which the Agent customarily distributes in like credits in which it is acting as Agent and will forward to each Revolving Credit Lender, promptly after the Agent’s receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Borrower pursuant to Article 5 of this Agreement, other than any of the following:
(a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of L/C’s.
(b) Routine or nonmaterial communications.
(c) Any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished to the Revolving Credit Lenders by the Borrower.
(d) Any notice or document of which the Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Revolving Credit Lenders other than by the Agent.
DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Agent's receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other documents furnished to the Agent pursuant to the Loan Documents other than (i) routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of Letters of Credit, (ii) routine and nonmaterial communications, (iii) any notice or document required by any of the Loan Documents to be furnished to the Lenders by any Borrower, and (iv) any notice or document of which the Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Lenders other than by the Agent.
DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Administrative Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Administrative Agent's receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Lead Borrower pursuant to Article 5 of this Agreement, other than any of the following:
(a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the issuance of L/Cs.
(b) Routine or nonmaterial communications.
(c) Any notice or document of which the Administrative Agent has knowledge that such notice or document had been forwarded to the Lenders other than by the Administrative Agent.
DISTRIBUTIONS OF NOTICES AND OF DOCUMENTS. The Administrative Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Administrative Agent's receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Borrowers' Representative pursuant to Article 6 of this Agreement, other than any of the following: (a) Routine communications associated with requests for Revolving Credit Loans and/or the Page 113 issuance of L/C's.
