Distributions of the Remainder upon the Beneficiary’s death. Upon the death of the Beneficiary, the remainder of funds left in the Sub-Account will be used first to pay the LSS Remainder Share (equal to a minimum 10% of the value of the Sub-Account). If there are funds remaining in the Beneficiary’s Sub-Account after the Trust’s Remainder Share has been satisfied, the Remaining Assets shall pass according to the Beneficiary Designation of Schedule B to this Joinder Agreement.
