Common use of DISTRIBUTOR CONFERENCE Clause in Contracts

DISTRIBUTOR CONFERENCE. On an as needed basis, Seco may invite all of its Authorized Distributors to participate in a working conference for the purpose of discussing opportunities, issues and plans. Seco’s top manage- ment, marketing staff and entire field sales force participate. This is an excellent opportunity for Distributors to contribute to the direction of the Seco Distribution network and learn from other Distributors’ experiences. Seco pays all land ex- penses and the Distributor provides its own trans- portation.
