District Accreditation. The School shall be accredited in accordance with written District guidelines and state law, and as otherwise provided pursuant to this Agreement. The School acknowledges that these indicators may change over time and that the District agrees to provide the School with opportunity for input into any proposed changes before they are finalized.

District Accreditation. The School shall be accredited in accordance with written District guidelines and state law. The School acknowledges that these indicators may change over time and that the District agrees to provide the School with opportunity for input into any proposed changes before they are finalized. The School shall comply with the educational accountability and or accreditation provisions of Colorado law, as amended from time to time, including but not limited to: the Educational Accountability Act of 2009, C.R.S. § 22-7-101 et seq.; the Education Reform Act, C.R.S. § 22-7-401 et seq.; the School Accountability Reporting Act, C.R.S. § 22-7-601 et seq.; Educational Accreditation Act of 1998, C.R.S. § 00-00-000 et seq.; and the Accreditation Rules of the State Board, including but not limited to tailoring educational programming to meet the individual needs of "exceptional children" as defined in such rules, unless waived.
