Common use of District Assistance for Transfers Clause in Contracts

District Assistance for Transfers. 1. An employee who is involuntarily transferred in two (2) consecutive years may request two (2) substitute days or may be compensated for two (2) substitute days at the higher rate of pay regardless of when the second year involuntary transfer occurred. 2. Upon their request, employees being voluntarily or involuntarily transferred will receive assistance from the District in moving instruction materials. The move will be accomplished so that such materials are available at the new school or place of assignment by the first day of the new assignment.
