Common use of District Council Access to Studio or Location Clause in Contracts

District Council Access to Studio or Location. Upon advance notice to a Producer, an authorized representative of the District Council shall be permitted to visit any Production location or site during the hours when Guild Members are working, provided work is not disrupted and the representative complies with the visitor and security rules established by each Producer. The Producer, where practicable, shall allow a representative of the District Council to call District Council meetings on the set or location during non-working time.
