Availability Lists. The District Council shall maintain a list of its Members and, upon request from a Producer, shall identify and supply from this list competent and qualified persons in the appropriate classifications listed in this Agreement.
Availability Lists. (i) Availability lists will be used to indicate an Employee’s willingness to work hours outside the Employee’s regularly scheduled hours within the Employee’s administrative area.
(ii) An Employee who places his/her name on availability list shall provide the Employer with one (1) contact number (telephone number or pager number).
(iii) Employees may indicate, in writing, their willingness to be either added to, or deleted from, the availability list. Any such changes will be effective the first business day of the month after the Employee has given the Employer at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of the change.

(ii) An Employee who places his/her name on availability list shall provide the Employer with at least one (1) contact number (telephone number or pager number), but no more than two (2) contact numbers.
(iii) Employees may indicate, in writing, their willingness to be either added to, or deleted from, individual sites on the availability list. Any such changes will be effective the first business day of the month after the Employee has given the Employer at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of the change.
(iv) In administering the call-in system and subject to the exception set out in
Availability Lists. The call-in system will be based on availability lists which will be prepared both by site and by administrative area, in both cases by classification, that is Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support (for the purposes of this provision, and shall be considered to be the classification). As a result, for each site, there will be a availability list and an availability list ("site and "site list"); for each administrative area, there will be a availability list and an availability list ("administrative area list" and "administrative area list"). For the purposes of this Article (call-in system), the administrative area shall be considered one site. Employees are only eligible for the site availability list for their regular site and for the administrative area availability list for the administrative area which includes their regular site. When the availability lists are first established, employees will be given an opportunity to indicate their willingness to have their names placed on the availability lists. Once a month, employees may either have their name added to or deleted from the availability lists, with twenty-four
Availability Lists. Licensor shall provide Licensee with periodic availability lists setting forth the Current Features and Library Features available for licensing hereunder along with their VOD Availability Dates and SVOD Availability Dates, as applicable. Licensee shall choose the Library Features that shall be included as a Included ProgramPrograms at its sole discretion; but if Licensee fails to select the required number of Library Features for an Avail Year prior to thirtyninety (390) days before the commencement of such Avail Year, Licensor shall have the right to designate such Library Features.
