District Email. 21.3.1 Employees shall check their district email account at least once weekly in an effort to maintain proper communication. 21.3.2 The district will provide access to at least one designated district computer at each work site for classified employees use to conduct necessary district and/or work-related business. it is understood that a primary district method of communication with employees will be by digital format.
