District Initiated Transfers. a. The District Superintendent shall, subject to the approval of the Governing Board, assign all employees of the District to positions to which they are to serve. Such power to assign includes the power to transfer from one school location to another location within the District when the Superintendent concludes that such transfer is in the best interest of the District.
