DISTRICT MANAGEMENT RIGHTS. 1. The District and the Union agree that (1) all rights and responsibilities of the District not specifically modified by this Agreement shall remain the function of the District. (2) The exercise or non-exercise of any right or responsibility hereby reserved to the District shall not be considered a requirement or a waiver of the District's right to exercise such right or responsibility. (3) The parties are bound by the statutory provisions of NRS 288 concerning management rights.
