DISTRICT PARTICIPATION. The District will consider participating in a water or sewer facility Extension such as oversizing of a main or other conditions that the District considers in excess of that normally required. District participation is limited to credits toward connection charges unless otherwise approved by the Board of Commissioners. District staff will help in determining if District participation is applicable. FOR DISTRICT USE ONLY All connection fees and charges will be assessed at the time an application for service connection is made and shall be based upon the approved District fee schedule at that time. The District may review and act upon an application without referral to the Board of Commissioners.   • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7. The United States reserves the right to withdraw or withhold its consent if the comments regarding the Consent Decree disclose facts or considerations indicating that the Consent Decree is inappro- priate, improper, or inadequate.   • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Mandatory Participation Participation in the Special Pay Plan is mandatory for all 24 eligible teachers.
