District Professional Development Committee. 29.3.1 A District Professional Development Committee shall be established for the purpose of providing the District with advice as to staff development needs for the conduct of the educational program. 29.3.2 The committee shall consist of up to twelve (12) members, equally appointed by the District and Association. 29.3.3 The committee shall provide recommendations to the District for professional development programs and core competencies for certificated employees consistent with District needs and resources.
