Common use of District Resolution Clause in Contracts

District Resolution. A certificate, together with a fully executed copy of the Resolution, of the Secretary to or the Clerk of the District’s Board of Trustees to the effect that: (A) such copy is a true and correct copy of the Resolution; and (B) the Resolution was duly adopted and has not been modified, amended, rescinded or revoked and is in full force and effect on the Closing Date.
