District Resource Teacher. A District Resource Teacher is a teacher who is seconded from the system for a period of two (2) years, and who provides expertise in a specific area. This teacher shall be responsible to the Director or designate and shall receive an allowance of three and one-quarter percent (3.25%) of Category A4 maximum. Article 3:11 of the Collective Agreement does not apply to this position. Allowance for responsibility for District Resource Teachers shall be pro-rated in accordance with the amount of time used in that field.

The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available.
