Customer Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all access to and use of the Service through your account or password(s) and for any fees incurred for the Service, or for software or other merchandise purchased through the Service, or any other expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Vendor Responsibility The Department of Transportation has undertaken an affirmative review of the proposed consultant’s responsibility in accordance with the applicable standards outlined in Comptroller’s Bulletin No. G-221, and based upon such review, reasonable assurance that the proposed contractor is responsible has been determined.

The Bank and its technology partners, inclusive of, but not limited to, Q2 and ProfitStars, retain all rights, title and interests in and to the Services, Software and Development made available to you.
User Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all use(s) related to your account.
