District Sick Leave Credit and Accrual. A. Each regular full-time employee, as defined in paragraph D below, shall be credited with four (4) days of sick leave as of the first day of employment of each current year and, thereafter, credited with one additional day of sick leave at the end of each full calendar month of employment up to an annual total of one day of sick leave for each month of employment.
