District’s Authority. The dispute resolution process set forth in this Contract shall not be required prior to the exercise of any contractual right or authority by the District or its District Board, including remedial authority for any breach of this Contract.

District’s Authority. If the health and safety of the School’s students is clearly in danger, the dispute resolution process set forth in this Contract shall not be required prior to the exercise of any contractual right or authority by the District or its Board, including remedial authority for any breach of this Contract, provided that the District’s exercise of any such right or authority shall be subject to this dispute resolution process.
District’s Authority. DISTRICT has the legal power, right and authority to enter into this Agreement, to consummate the transactions contemplated herein and to execute and deliver all documents and instruments to be delivered by DISTRICT hereunder.
