Common use of District’s Representative Clause in Contracts

District’s Representative. The District hereby designates the General Manager, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Contract (“District’s Representative”). District’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the District for all purposes under this Contract. Contractor shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the District’s Representative or his or her designee.
