Common use of District’s Representative Clause in Contracts

District’s Representative. 18.1 Any option, decision, act or expression of satisfaction or acceptance of the District provided for in this Agreement may be taken or made by the Chief Administrative Officer or their designate, unless expressly provided to be taken or made by another official of the District.
