District’s Representative. 2.3.1 The District shall designate a representative (“District’s Representative”) to act on the District’s behalf with respect to the Project. The authorized Representative shall render decisions promptly to avoid unreasonable delay in the progress of the Construction Manager’s services and shall expeditiously process contractor payment applications and change order documentation and shall make all required payments in a timely manner. 2.3.2 In addition, the District shall promptly and properly file Notice(s) of Completion upon written recommendation by Architect and Construction Manager for the Project or designated portion(s) thereof.
