Common use of District’s Right to Audit Clause in Contracts

District’s Right to Audit. District retains the right to review and audit, and the reasonable right of access to ForeFront Power’s and any sub-consultant’s premises to review and audit ForeFront Power’s compliance with the provisions of this Contract (“District’s Right”). The District’s Right includes the right to inspect, photocopy, and to retain copies, outside of ForeFront Power’s premises, of any and all Project-related records and other information with appropriate safeguards, if such retention is deemed necessary by the District in its sole discretion. The District shall keep this information confidential, as allowed by applicable law.

District’s Right to Audit. District retains the right to review and audit, at District’s sole cost and expense, and the reasonable right of access to ForeFront PowerDesigner/Builder’s and any sub-consultant’s premises non-confidential and non- proprietary records to review and audit ForeFront Powerthe Designer/Builder’s compliance with the provisions of this the Contract (“District’s Right”). The District’s Right includes the right to inspect, photocopy, and to retain copies, outside of ForeFront Power’s premises, copies of any and all non-confidential and non-proprietary Project-related records and other information with appropriate safeguards, if such retention is deemed necessary by the District in its sole discretion. The District shall keep this information confidential, as allowed by applicable law.
