General Construction Management Services. 1.1.1 Provide overall coordination of the Project; transmitting information to the District and Project team on general aspects of the Project, including progress reporting, design review, dispute resolution, and documentation. Communications from the contractor(s) to District and Project Design Team shall be through the Consultant. The Consultant shall receive simultaneous copies of all written communications from the District or the Project Design Team to the contractor(s).
