Division Director/Manager. If the grievance is not settled under Step 1, it may be presented to the Division Director/Manager. The grievance shall be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after the receipt of the written decision from Step 1. Within seven (7) calendar days after the receipt of the written grievance, the Division Director or his or her representative(s) shall meet with the grievant. Within seven (7) calendar days thereafter, a written decision shall be given to the grievant.
