Divisional/Clinical Director. (i) A Divisional/Clinical Director is responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for the total management of a Division. Employees appointed in writing to this level will be required to maintain an active clinical role within their specialty and perform duties which will generally include but are not confined to: (a) accountable to the Chief Executive Officer for the implementation of strategies ensuring the effective management of the total range of human and material resources within a specified Division in conjunction with the joint head of Division;
