Common use of DMC Certification and Enrollment Clause in Contracts

DMC Certification and Enrollment. A. DHCS shall certify eligible providers to participate in the DMC program. B. The DHCS shall certify any Contractor operated or non-governmental providers. This certification shall be performed prior to the date on which the Contractor begins to deliver services under this Intergovernmental Agreement at these sites. C. Contractor shall require that providers of perinatal DMC services are properly certified to provide these services and comply with the requirements contained in Title 22, Section 51341.1, Services for Pregnant and Postpartum Women. D. Contractor shall require all the subcontracted providers of services to be licensed, registered, DMC certified and/or approved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Contractor’s subcontracts shall require that providers comply with the following regulations and guidelines: 1) Xxxxx 00, XXX Part 1300, et seq., Title 42, CFR, Part 8; 2) Drug Medi-Cal Certification Standards for Substance Abuse Clinics (Document 2E); 3) Title 22, CCR, Sections 51341.1, 51490.1, and 51516.1, (Document 2C);
