Authorization of Services – Residential Programs. A. Pursuant to 42 CFR 438.210(b), the Contractor shall implement mechanisms to assure residential treatment program authorization decision standards are met.

  • Authorization of Services a. The Contractor and its subcontractors shall have in place, and follow, written authorization policies and procedures.

  • Authorization to Perform Services The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the City.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code.   • Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.
