DMV Only. For purposes of Article 70--Layoff, the geographic area for DMV employees shall be as follows: (a) (1) Employees working at DMV Headquarters in Salem (not in field offices) shall exercise their bumping rights within Salem. Employees may bump into field offices in accordance with Subsection (c) below only if they have previously worked in a field office as a Transportation Service Office Leader or Transportation Service Representative 1 or 2 in the last two (2) years. (2) Employees working in field offices shall exercise their bumping rights within their Region as described in Subsection (c) of this Section.
