Employee Only. For medically single employees (Employee Only) who enroll in any health plan offered through the Health Services System, the City shall contribute ninety-three percent (93%) of the total health insurance premium, provided however, that the City’s contribution shall be capped at ninety-three percent (93%) of the Employee Only premium of the second-highest-cost plan.
Employee Only. For medically single employees (Employee Only) who enroll in any health plan offered through the Health Services System (“HSS”), the SFMTA shall contribute ninety- three percent (93%) of the total health insurance premium, provided however, that the SFMTA’s contribution shall be capped at ninety-three percent (93%) of the Employee Only premium of the second-highest-cost plan.
Employee Only. The District will pay the total cost of the premiums towards the lower/lowest cost employee-only plan, for each permanent certified employee who works twenty (20) or more hours per week. The District will pay no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium for the other employee-only plans. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for the employee-only health plan coverage.
Employee Only. The District shall contribute no less than seventy-five percent (75%) of the total cost of the premium towards employee-only coverage. The employee will pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for employee-only dental coverage.
Employee Only. For medically single employees (Employee Only) who enroll in any health plan offered through the Health Service System (HSS), the City shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the total health insurance premium.
Employee Only. Effective December 21, 2019, the City contribution for a full-time employee enrolled in a City-sponsored medical plan for employee only shall be $829.46 per month.

Employee Only. The Board shall pay ninety-five point one five percent (95.15%) of the contract rate toward an employee only coverage premium, which includes letters A, B, and C of Section 1 of this Article.
