DOAS. Risk Management will endeavor to notify affected insurers of claims made against the State that fall within this indemnity. In the event of litigation, SRTA will request the Attorney General to endeavor to keep the Consultant and its general liability insurer as named on the insurance certificate informed regarding the claims and settlement.
